Mechanics at work said the same thing to me, the 16's in that particular profile are more expensive per tyre than if you were using the 17in Focus rims. Just cause its a less common size, not many people run low profile 16's
I will be shopping around for some soon too, these Cotis are nice but I seem to be going thru them fairly quick o_0
