They're not speed limited, rather they don't have the power to go faster then 180km/h. I've taken mine to 170 before, and 160-170 takes FOREVER... after that its even worse.
0-100km/h, mine (WP Zetec), I've managed a best of 11.335 sec. Best I've seen in a magazine is 10.7 (Wheels, WP Ghia). Low 11's, high 10's, around there.
