Thanks for the info Hyperkid. Could be the same thing as I have really been playing with this a bit and it seems to be imporving as I get more miles up. Sometimes it can be a soft 'whistle' and worse on decelleration so maybe it's something that has to bed in? Seems to only be around smack on 100kmh now.....? Of course, the trouble both we and Ford service techs have is how everyone describes the 'sounds' they are hearing from the car and how to get on the same page!!
