Hey mate.
okay, Firstly, its good to see Ford tyring to fix something like this. which is goo.

Secondly... get ford to do it.

Thirdly. Write a letter to the manager of ware you are, and a letter to gormon if you have to, you should not pay for this, as you mentioned the noise isnt as loud on anyother car you have test driven.... so therefore, there must be something mechanicly wrong with it. It is a warranty issue, due to the fact that they have found a problem with the car that needs addressing....the car is still under warranty.

well thats what i would do.
