What are you drunk? Read it again, the whole point of this bogus crap is that it uses "negative pressure" to
draw more air and fuel into the cylinders. Which clearly is not the case, this engine would be incredibly innefficient, especially at higher revs, and I honestly can't imagine getting any gain at all down low.
