woops thought you mean throttle by cable when you said wire, sorted,
either way he should be taking it back to ford to get the
ecu remapped or fix what the problem is if its not that. mine has stalled once thrashing it down this road pulled up to the t junction went to take off on to see a arange of lights in the dash on it had stalled for some reason but never had any issues since then
