If increased viewable distance ta night is a must (I think the stock projectors are great) then forget aftermarket HID's, put on some decent quality driving lights.

Nah no thanks, I'm already in Bendigo half the time so don't want to make it look bleedingly obvious that i'm a converted country boy cause I'm not. As much as its nice and quiet up there and people are quite friendly, I'm still a metro person so I'd prefer the stock look of the car witout extra added on bits that don't really belong and make me look like I'm from the country
(stereotypical view). But I still like the HID look and its easily installed and it'll complete the Euro picture. That's my opinion anyway. :eclipsee_
