Thats what I thought too until a Fiesta owner measured the PCD of the wheels on his Thai-made ASEAN Fiesta.
10cm = 100mm = PCD 100.
I guess the ruler doesn't lie.
The Australian spec Thai-made Fiesta WT appears to be using the european model's PCD of 108.
