Take it all out. You will likely get more putting each of those up for 10-20% of their original value on eBay than leaving them in the car. For ease of disposal, the latter is obviously more preferable.

For reference, know an ex sales manager who worked closely with the valuers at dealerships. 99% of the time they barely even look at the car, just called up the wholesaler and got the price. He also said accessories mean bugger all to private buyers, as it is typically stuff they don't need/want in the car or stuff they can pick up an equivalent of for $10 at super cheap.
