That kit in WA would need full Chassis Engineering, Brake tests (That I think it would fail given the amount of grunt you have to push though the brakes) and emmissions test (E85 no prob as I did)
My ute is fully engineered BUT at a low power level to avoid very costly chassis engineering.
To certify in WA just run E85 and DETUNE the hell out of it for a LA2 permit (There are no roadside dynos
