There comes a point where you have to have a written trail just incase something goes wrong.

I am renowned for hanging onto to stuff for years. About 3 months ago I got rid of diaries from the '90's and early 2000's. I have printed out copies of emails from the 90's as well. All this was when I was in management roles. I now have a stack of emails saved for a whole range of reasons.
I also have saved some posts from people on forums (personal attack stuff, real personal).
