Don't get one if you don't want it.

Just accept that there are things you may not be able to do in the future. Like visit a sick relative in a nursing home, or fly internationally .... or other things like that.

But if you don't feel you need one and don't interact with people that may be susceptible to it, then you are fine not to get it.
