Shepparton cases grown by 7. Vic Pol have said they don't support the ring of steel, and so far gov has resisted in setting one up.
Looks like Vic Gov may have backed themselves into a corner. If they set one up it will tick off Vic Pol. If they don't, it would be a slightly hypocritical given what has been said about Sydney.
