If that is not an oxymoronic statement I don't know what is. He is basically saying we can open up as long as we lock down.
This group of professional academics apparently consider even the current 800 odd cases currently in NSW beyond what they modelled when they provided the Government with its 70 and 80% targets. Did they not see what was happening everywhere else in the world, or even use a bit of common sense in thinking what happens when you open up?
