That's a bugger. I had no problems with it yesterday. Went to check in at the butchers and it prompted me to upload my certificate. So I stood outside the butchers and uploaded it there and then. Took no more than 5 minutes to complete the whole lot. And I went in through MyGov, too.

Just saw your edited question. No, none in town that I know of. East Gippsland was chosen as a trial LGA as opposed to Wellington, where I am. I think the cinema in Lakes Entrance was participating int he trial, but that's a fair way to go for a movie.
