Hey T3, welcome to my world, I have sat at a computer in the local Centrelink office and couldn't get past the blue screen with a continuous spinning circle dead centre!...that's their gear, I went there because of what happened to you, but my neighbour got on immediately?...
Me Telstra, her Vodafone, had to get behind the counter to log in!
