On the highway, left lane, this morning. Car parked in the emergency lane. Puts his blinker on and pulls out in front of me. If I had been in a truck I think he might have had a problem.
Little traffic on the road. He only needed to wait a moment or two but he must have thought it was OK to do what he did; or perhaps he didn't even look.
He might or might not have got his licence overseas. Not sure if that's relevant but it might be.
(Next time I see that situation I had better make sure I am in the outside lane.)
