my wife had the same problem with her 2012 hatchback, the windscreen was fogging up all the time, could not find how moisture was getting in, that is until I took it to a panelbeater (who was an old bloke) who told me what the problem was. Turns out under those roof rails is where they join the body panels together and all the sealer they used over time had cracked and fell out, so he told me to buy some body sealer, scrape out out all the old stuff, reseal both sides and never had a problem again, hope this helps out to others who get water in their car and cant find out where it comes in
