Bosch are acceptable as a standard replacement rotor, part number for the rears will be PBR503

An upgrade would be DBA slotted rotors.

Both Bosch & DBA rear rotors should have 2 extra holes, one for the retainer screw and one for the adjuster

If you're going to this extent and are running 17" wheels, with a series 2 AU, you can consider a much better upgrade to ba upgrade 322mm rotors, BA calipers & brackets to suit from ebay, while you're at it, get new stainless steel braided brakelines.
Otherwise, you'll be fine with new caliper seal kits & brake hoses, pads & rotors

Front caliper kits are K2471S (2 per car, suits AU & BA)
Rear caliper kits are K2474S (2 per car, suits AU & BA)

While you're in there, track down a *major* park brake overhaul kit that contains THIS seal.

It goes around where the park brake actuator lever goes through the backing plate, and I reckon 99% of park brake issues on Falcons are caused by this boot failing and the actuator housing filling with dirt which then makes the whole shebang hard to operate.
