Having had Both Rob, I'm going to disagree with you here.
I ONLY do Highway driving most of the time, and therefore the Fez's highway performance was a huge factor in considering it. Truth be told, the Fiesta is just as quiet and compliant at 100 km/h as my old EF was. Its also more reliable, and less likeley to overheat, blow hoses, head gaskets, or
ECU's on long trips where it could possibly get hot.
Don't discount the Fiesta for a road trip simply becasue it is small...
