What other motor will fit into a Ford Corsiar? I would like to change the motor as it is too difficult for us to work on.

You've not really given us much information.
At a guess, I'd say you are referring to the mid to late 60's Ford UK model which shared a lot of components with the Mk II Cortina. There were a number of engine options available (mostly from the Cortina) - a 1498cc OHV Kent I4; the 1663cc OHV Essex V4 or the 1996cc Essex OHV V4 in the later models. There was a unique to Australia Corsair produced between 1989-92 which was a rebadged Nissan Pintara (another part of the Button Plan that saw Nissan selling rebadged Falcon Utes) and it had a choice of two Nissan I4 engines: the 1974cc SOHC CA20E or the 2389cc SOHC KA24E. We could always go back in history to the extremely rare 1958 Edsel Corsair which came with either a 410 CID (6.7 L) MEL OHV V8 (1958) or the 332 CID (5.4L) FE V8.

Some brave souls have shoehorned the 3.0L Essex V6 in (used in the Capri GT) and it's apparently a fairly easy change as it can retain the same gearbox and bellhousing but does need a change of sump (available in the after-market). There was also a company in the UK (Crayford) that did the V6 conversions but looking at the pics, there's even less working space.
There's a Corsair in the UK running around with a 2L Pinto engine although I'm not sure why anyone would want that asthmatic lump.
