You'll see a few Au's with BA buldge on this forum, the trend seems to be getting fibreglass moulding attatched to the AU bonnet as the BA bonnet's front edge is different and expensive to modify to suit.

Site sponsor fibresports do them. For a fibreglass bulge only your looking at $180 plus freight I would imagine. If you're not going to fit it yourself I don't think you would get much change from $1000 by the time you buy the bulge and have a panel beater fit and paint it. I am sure there would be some members on here who may have done it cheaper but with bodywork unless you can do it properly its best have a pro do it.

they have them on ebay for just over 100 but by the time you pay to put it on your bonnet it wouldn't be a cheap option as mentioned above 1000 sounds about right

fibre sports also do a full fibre glass bonnet with bulge for au's, i think there $1000 but they cut 20kg's of the weight of the original bonnet.

i had one priced last week for a steel one. a REAL ba bonnet they cut the bulge and the inside of the bonnet for strength and it actually has the room underneath not just moulded to the top and it was 2200.

I dont think I could justify $2200 for a bonnet, could anyone when a bonnet is only worth a few hundred.
