Yeah , the CAPA on is Pretty Good, Vortech Units usually are . Contact your local Perfomance Shop and Enquire as they get discounts , and can usually install for a better price then CAPA directly ..

CAPA is a great idea as they do the kits, but theyre waaaaaaaaay overpriced.

Yes sir. They are.

I did hear somewhere Snort was doing budget style kits but unsure if that ever eventuated. Raptor (as DeathXR mentioned) are a new mob on the scene as far as I know, and seem to be a good unit.

You could always import one from the states but will need to fab a kit of your own top suit. You may be able to purchase a 2nd hand unit as well off ebay or corral forums etc as well.

CAPA here are probably the one for the number of kits available, but have the market price sewn up...

no, if you got what you paid for from CAPA, you'd get it fitted, tuned, washed, waxed and delivered with a nice blonde to drive around with you.......

LA Ice Cola is $0.99c in Coles.
Coca Cola is $2.78 in Coles.

Spend the extra for better taste.. or buy the cheap version and feel un-satisfied.

Note: Prices subject to change.

What i was saying was that you dont get what you pay for at capa you pay a fair old premium. I will be doing it at the end of the year and will either be going through either geoff or a company in the states will use a novi 1200 which is the same as a v2 sq.

Thanks Jake

There is a difference between using what you call "untested" stuff from CAPA and getting it from somewhere else though. Where do you think CAPA gets their gear from? Point being, bypass the middle man (CAPA) and save yourself a fair chunk of cash which can go into tuning etc.

Its pretty much half of what capa charge, but snorts kits are still un finished, still need cooler piping, injectors, fuel pump, bov, edit or ems..
Even though, it still works out cheaper than Capa.

True I guess .... I don't need any of that anyway ... hence cheaper for me ... LOL
Well ... maybe EDIT and/or BOV ... but that's nothing really.

Edit is relatively cheap these days, can pick the flasher box up for $600 and its about $500 for a tune from a reputable tuner, some are cheaper.

I'll definately give Geoff a call to get a kit.. cheaper and better quality than just about every other place I know. Plus he really bends over backward to help you out with just about everything you need.
