Default Suspension Issues ?

Hey there,
Been noticing a dull thud coming form the right hand front suspension of my LX when cornering and on bumpy bitumen (very common in Sydney unfortunately). This car is under warranty but before I go to Ford I thought I'd check with fellow owners. I did notice that 11 WQ cars were recalled for a steering column replacement however I do not think my issue is this.....anyone else had front suspension issues ?

Maybe the Shock Absorber or CV Joint has gone, get Ford to sort it out.

Noticed the same thing in my XR4 as well, sounds like the shock hitting the boot to be honest.
