I see some weird stuff on country roads, but came accross this monster south of Goondiwindi yesterday. Voices over the UHF said 6.5 Meters wide - I believe it!
Had two trucks pulling and one pushing - I dont know what it was but it was big!!!

That would be a power transformer by the looks of things. Mighty big sucker too. I've seen this carry rig used on a couple of occasions. I would know Wilsons storm grey, & Reinhausen drive shafts anywhere. lol

nah.. thats just a toy mate. lol.
heres a ute i passed a few weeks ago. the chassis   the ute bed  this one was 8.7m . would have been another couple of trucks somewhere with the wheels and tyres. we get a lot of big loads going through here, 7 plus metres are pretty common. mostly mine machinery. that one of yours looks like a big power transformer for the electricity supply somewhere. would be a very heavy bit of gear.

The second is just an off hwy truck. They normally transport them over in parts and put them together on the mine site.
The first does look like a crusher of some sort, it would need to be big when the truck body is about 300+ tonne....actually I think the off hwy truck isn't that big.

The OP's pics look like a big Wilson Transmission transformer, they are usually transported bare like that.
Had a 7.5m wide dumper chassis come through Moree this morning, three escorts in front , plus a HWP car, then an escort at the rear. Had the UHF on in the ute and the copper commented on a couple of young ladies having coffee at a cafe where they turned onto the over-size route and then again when they went past the school. He didn't like being picked out as the one saying it on the the radio and the other boys in the convoy gave it to him.

Everything mine related is on steriods, 340L of trans fluid in your average quarry 50Ton truck. (there is 150Ton trucks too)

arent the wheels hydraulic driven though? id imagine most things are on these things, although theyve probably got seperate circuits and pumps and reservoirs etc

I saw on the side of the Hume southbound a week back near the M7, a truck carring a massive concrete pipe, but there was just a frame on both ends of the pipe, with the pipe itself being the "chassis" to the rear dolly.

Cat was going to use Terex drive systems in their trucks but I think that all fell through a couple of years ago. It will still be a Siemens AC setup though, Good luck.
