My mate bought a motorbike on finance paying a 20% deposit and getting the rest with finance. After riding for a few months he wants to upgrade to something more powerful. Is he able to trade in the bike?

He may have to pay out the loan, and cover an early exit fee. Suggest he gets teh dealer to simple pay what his trade in is directly to the finance company...otherwise your getting cash for credit, which some may consider dangerous.
But yes, he can trade it in. |
