Guys my drivers side electric window is slow and going up on a angle, i have to pull it under power to get it up (sounds sic) Also central locking doesnt work on drivers side from the control. Is there a easy fix or should i buy a new window regulator and a central locking thingy for the door as well?
Thanks AZZA |

First, have you tried cleaning the window channel? they can get rubbish in them or tried some silicon lube? The window may have come off the clips because of the drag on it?
As to your Lock, you may need to buy a new one :( Ebay is usually good for them. |

Went to ford about locking issue a few months back. Bloke said they would have to test all of them to find the one that is faulty, even though i told him it was only drivers side door that does not unlock when button id pushed. i am sure there is no truth to this. I am going to the door trim off toomorow and check the window and track, clean it out and spray some silicone. thanks Papa

haha, never trust a stealership.
it'll be your door lock actuator, you can get reco ones off ebay for <$100, sometimes auto elecs have em too. as for your window, first step is to try a can of awesome:
