Default Is this covered by warranty?

my partner has a work car so i drive our xr4. the only time there is ever a passenger in the car is on weekends when he drives and im the pasenger.
i got in the car today (sitting in passenger seat) and i heard this strange noise. i looked down and the stitching on the seat has come apart between the cloth and the leather part on the side. would this be covered under warranty? i can see the foam etc under the seat through the tear

if its still covered by warranty then there could be a good chance
it will be repaired, but that all goes on how nice your dealer is
and the hardest thing is proveing its manufacturers default or own doing.

Should be fixed no questions asked. But they will probably sub it out to a motor trimmer to stich it up.. You wont get a new seat cover...

The guys overseas usually get them fixed up under warranty ... but Ford Australia? .. I would be surprised if they came to the party and fixed it.
