hmmm...Im not sure about this. It looks nice and clean, but against the Fusion, this looks dated.

Not a fan at all. The rear end looks like the love child of a Cruze and a Camaro. Overall front end and rear end looking very dated. Hopefully the road version looks a lot better.

On a different note, just checked out your photo-chop blog Nikked and love your renditions of the "new falcon". XR version looked awesome.
And at least next years cars in Nascar are going to look much better and easier for fans to relate too than has been the case in recent years. |

First picture its much easier to see the resemblance. Of course its going to be a lot different than the VE - the VE is 6 years old!

Looks like Holden must have bought all of Toyotas spare Aurion tail lights.
The boot opening will be different, it will not be as square / shallow, it will go down alot further. Least we know what the headlights will look like. |

Will we get a 2 door version at some stage if it is successful??? Seems a bit well too fake because it is a NASCAR and too hard to make any sense regarding proportions etc imho. Bud Bud |

the front end reminds me of a Camry from 8 years ago as well. doesn't surprise me thou. the VY and VZ tail lights look like magna tail lights and the VE tail lights remind me of the 380 tail lights

Just remember that Nascars generally don't have the shape of the road cars they are supposed to represent. The VF details on this Nascar are the stuck on Head lights, Tail lights, Upper and lower grill, side vent etc.

Well the VE silhouette won't change. So it's just the shape of the bumpers etc that remain a mystery.

More NASCAR photo's from autoblog: http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2013-...#photo-5467138
I'm so glad that this Commodore is going to look rubbish. 2014 Falcon will look tonnes better, just judging by the teaser. EDIT: Also, how funny are those exhaust pipe stickers?

Cars smashing up ripple strips, switch backs, fight's for position and some sideways action out of corners? Supercars are heaps better!
