The 2021 territory sold in the Philippines has nothing in common with either the endura or the aus territory. The 2021 territory is a collaboration between ford china and a Chinese car manufacturer Jiangling Motors
The endura sold here was just a badge change of the US Ford Edge.

They also have the escort, based on the previous focus platform. Looks like ford have just trademarked a bunch of old nameplates. Leveraging popular names from the past is becoming a thing at ford now. Maverick, bronco, bronco sport, mustang mach e, f150 lightning etc.
