Talking BA XT icc colour conversion

Im creating this thread to say a BIG thankyou to FADI down at ASL!
Not only did they send down the product so fast, they also dealt with small problems that i encountered so fast, efficient and in a VERY friendly manner!

3dp replaced without question
green illumination swapped over to blue (my fault for not stated which i wanted)

FORD DEALERSHIP at ARNCLIFFE is another story. They charged me 161 dollars to install the unit, cause they so called had to "program the unit" so it would work on my car!

I just installed the unit myself today in 1/2 an hour, so easy with instuctions provided. (Should of done this in the first place)

They also wanted 176 dollars for them to install a AUX cable, when i saw some people on the forum getting them for 80!

Not only did they did a poor job fitting the unit, the didnt install the REMOTE CENTRAL LOCKING SENSOR, and blamed ME, saying it had nothing to do with them, it was not working because of me. HELLO, my central locking was working fine before you touched it! Took them one hour, than they finally admitted it was their fault and they would fix it!

They were absolutley rude and unhelpful!

ALSO, i was too embarrassed to admit it before - but i forked out 900 when i first got my car and took it to get SERVICED and fix the handbrake.

I am NEVER going back to that dealership again.

So sorry for my blabbing on, but they are just awful!

p.s i have some pics of the final product

THANKYOU ONCE AGAIN FADI!
much appreciated! :

hi

you have the premium sound with the color screen, it belongs to an early model xr with manual climate control and should have a 6cd player. it is the color screen.

cheers
