It'll still sell plenty though. At the end of the day that's why these "badge specials" exist. To you, and me it doesn't look that much different to a normal SV6, or SS ute, but to the average Joe Blow it looks new.

Similar to the 50th anniversary Falcons that sold well I guess. Good added extras for buyers.

The interior of that ute looks very bland and boring. You'd have to hope there are slightly more "exciting" interior trim options, or even "Thunder" or "SS" embroidering on the seats.

Ford should look to do something with the 2015 ute since it will be 80 years since Ford designer Lew Bandt invented it!!! Even market it along the lines of 'the original Aussie ute and still the best'.

That's if the Falcon ute is around in 2015.

They will.

Or advertise in "Womens Health" magazine.

Probably because it's an SV6 interior shown.

Hero Blue is back! This will be hugely popular with P-Platers in about 4 years time.

I would have liked it better if it was Storm/Thunder again to differentiate it a bit, to me a Thunder is only a V8, but good news to people looking at a new Commodore ute either way.
