I am thinking about fitting a Herrod mild steel from cat back exhaust to my BA XR8 and would like to hear from anyone who has already fitted one to their XR8 whether the gains are there. in performance and also exhaust note.

Performance gains on cat back systems, never see anything to great I would say most would be around 8 to 12 rwkw with no tuning.
