i got motivated this arvo and finaly got round to changing the plugs and leads in the old girl.
it took me just a tad under 1/2 and hour!!! i was pretty chuffed ,didn't loose any skin off the knuckles either.

It took me about an hour and a half to do my XR8. The only hard part was getting the leads to not touch the exhaust headers.

yea the dizzy in the I6 isnt the easiest to get your hands to so half an hour to do leads and plugs is a very good effort mate.... i was pleased getting the leads done in bout 40 mins

FYI, EF's and AU's don't run a distributor... The distributor ended with the EL...
EF's and AU's run a Coilpack...

I can do my EF in around 12 minutes now - but I cheat slightly by having the coilpack on top of the charger baseplate - so nice and accessible.
