Been watching a few vids of a guy on youtube with a ba gt 6 speed manual, runs 11.80 with cams etc,one of the quickest manual n/a ive seen.
Sounds like an almost identical build to the one underneath my post. He also ran that time in some of the worst air ive seen lol, over 2000 feet i think |

I was quite impressed with everything hes done with it,that 11.8 was done in really bad air and i believe theres another few tenths in it.
People who do all their own mods are what its really about, makes it really worthwhile. Hopefully he pipes up and keeps us updated |

The DA was actually Around 1550ft with 95% Air density for the 11.8@117.78 60' was 1.806 Air was bad but not as bad as I thought for my final run (previous runs were 2500+) The 12.3 I ran last winter was -550ft so you get an idea there's a little more left in it. I did that one 11second pass and packed up with the intention of saving the car for cooler weather 🙂 Hopefully I'll see an 11.5x on the current setup with a 1.6x 60' before I build the motor up and shoot for a 10.9x n/a 🙂 Cheers guys, post your runs up ! I love the feel of the older forums, makes me feel young and overexcited again haha. Oh, and I'll definitely keep everyone update on YouTube too. Regards, Blake. |
