Hi all..
Im trying to remove the fuel pump out of my ED (sedan). Whats the deal with the big hose clamp? Im sure the lid is just screwed on so why cant i snap this little bugger off and unscrew the lid? Ive tried every tool that has been made and i cant get to it due to where the clamp is positioned. I was told once that this clamp is there to stop the proper Ford tool from slipping off. Any info much appreciated. cheers. |

i just did mine, just stick a screw driver between it and the plastic part a pry it off.u may have to use a hammer and screw driver to knock the plastic part loose.u dont need to put the clamp back on :eclipsee_
