I've done this 150 times before. Can't do it now with a 100 KB JPG file. Anybody know why?

We have had an issue since the change to SSL on the server that we are trying to resolve. The gallery software is quite old and may well not be compatible with SSL in which case we may have to revert to the stock vb gallery (and work out how to migrate the current pics).
