As you can see from my previous post I am looking at getting another AU and have had an RACV test which has found several issues some listed below. Are these items covered by a roadworthy and repairable by the dealer?
Exhaust system: corroded and leaking. Panels: front bumper bar not fully secured. Underbody: splash shields not fitted on front. LPG, not sealed. Its a thirteen year old car with 245000Kms and has oil leaking (moderate)from sump, timing case, flywheel housing areas. Oil weeping steering rack. |

The first three are roadworthy items.
What do you mean by LPG not sealed? |

Get the dealer to supply a roadworthy with the sale. Or walk away. It is a buyers market with used cars.

That's my intention. Oil leaks a bit of a concern. Are they a roadworthy issue, I heard somewhere they were?

the oil leak will be 'repaired' by the dealer using degreaser, nothing more
