Santa bring something cool or ave you been bad and just a singlet and a couple pairs of socks? Mine was pretty low key as the recently bought GTP came with a "dont expect Santa to bring much this year" warning from her indoors... Did get one of those headlight restorer kits so all good.Whilst travelling up to my old mums place for Christmas lunch i saw a familiar top/bottom grill coming towards me which turned out to be a FPV ute in Pearl blue and same coloured stripes as mine gave each other the big wave with the bloke having a memorable grin on his dial...kind of a present in itself...nice moment. So what did you all get?

Apart from the Normal Jocks and Socks I only got a few things... The Bose QuietComfort 25 Heaphones I wanted as well as Guitar Hero for PS4... Happy with that..
Having just dropped $3k on a home theater for myself and a further $7k on stuff for our house in the Build (Furniture, lights, window covering, etc) we decided to have a relatively quiet xmas for us.. My son cleaned up though... Hope everyone is having a top day... Im currently at work...

A PS4. & Black ops 3 from the girlie.
Although I already got that for my Birthday. I felt guilty at the time because it was almost $600 and it was the only thing I wanted. We were leaving for America in 5 weeks time, and every cent was important. So I thanked her and handed it back saying to go get a refund. So just had to settle for a card and some extra special attention from her that night. This time Im guilt free. It was pretty much half that price thanks to chrissy sales and I bought her Chanel No5, Plus a range of other decently expensive gifts. A fair trade this time. Now I need to buy myself a TV because mine is one of the good ol' tube ones that doesnt have HDMI input. Only AV. I thought this might be the case, but was only 93.6% Sure I was getting it, and didnt bother to look up if PS4 got AV cords as well. Also got walking dead Monopoly, Oakley Lense Cleaning kit (very well done there for her, I never would have thought it let alone to suggest it to her) And a shirt.

we really are a lucky country just imaging the sad fact that in the end of 2015 there are still far too many people out there that to get a single meal each day is still a major challenge due to poverty or metal health or other reasons
the day we can make this a great world for all will be a day to remember

Unfortunately my Christmas was very sad. My little dog of 11 years old had to be put to sleep on Monday before Christmas. He was a Pomeranian cross Chihuahua so a small dog, but with a big heart and personality. He will be missed by the family

I'm not at home (in Brisbane doing the meet and greet with a potential supplier) to be able to take pictures of the actual presents. I was sitting at Melb Airport when I made my post.
The watch was a present from someone I helped out about a month ago. I got him out of a really sticky situation and didn't want anything in return for my efforts. I guess this was his way of showing his appreciation. |
