Where is the best go karting in Brisbane?
Looking at doing a work/team day with about 14 or so drivers. Considering QLD Raceway Karts and Archerfield Speed Karts. Kingston Park has been deemed out of the running. Anyone got any feedback good bad or otherwise about the best karting venue? Cheers, Coupsta |

I think Ipswich Kart Track is the best one, The track is over 1km long and theres plenty of room for dicing and silly buggers!! Kingston is good but the track is way to small and there way to stricked.....

I think Kingston Park now has an 1150metre track.... apart from an obvious blunder, it would be pretty cool as a work function venue.

Cheers for the advice guys.
How far away is Kingston Park? Or is it another urban myth that it is a huge distance to travel? |

A mate works for Hastings Deering at Archerfield, and he's organised a couple of work functions at Kingston Park & they went well.
Last time I visited him, we went for a blat, and thought it was pretty good. I was hoping for a proper clubman kart, but the ones they have aren't too bad. You just have to pick a good one..... Kingston Park is about halfway along the Logan motorway I think, it took us about 20 mins from Goodna. I would like to try the Ipswich track one day, it looks like a good 'un as well. Ed |
