Default Xpack Bodykit

does anybody know where i can get a xpack bodykit for a MK2 escort in this country? I emailed smith and deakin in the UK and they said AU$1600!!!! too dear. I wanna do it on the cheap somehow.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I am in tassie and about 4 months ago there was an x pack body kit to suit an rs2000 for $800. never seen another one advertised here though

$1600 sounds cheap , my forest flares produced locally for my last Escort were close to 500

I have a rs2000 with a ford x pack fitted. this was a ford option " series X kit " you specify as much or little change as you like. look at www.rsownersclub.co.uk/car_info/rs2000sx.htm to get after market kit look in retro ford mag and contact sellers in mag OR contact Andrew at velo seats in Adelaide what he dont know about escorts and parts you dont need to know good luck

Hi Polyal this is all new to me I got my 1st escort in 1979 a mk1 75 lotas twin cam one owner i was only 18 at the time went over nose to tail 4 times left it to rust on a farm in vic [ its gone now i went looking ha ha you never know ] that was it had to drive an escort or walk ha ha i am now 46 and had 50+ escorts 4 rally cars my last mk1 rs2000 2nd historic S.A.R.C 2005 lost to a dato 180B WITH NON FACTORY MODS thats CAMS for you CONFEDERATION AGAINST MOTOR SPORTS OK PHOTOS REPLY ON HOW I PUT PHOTOS ON SITE WILL PUT AS MANY PHOTOS AS I CAN JUST TEL ME HOW THANKS MATE

Zakspeed was a race team x pack was the ford sales option but they are the same kit Zakspeed used flat nosed escorts not true rs2000 type
