Default What rims?

Hey everyone

Just a quick question. Im picking up my new ford focus next wednesday, its black and I have been looking at some rims for it. What rims do some of you reckon would suit the black more, black rims, chrome or the powder coated type?

Your opinions would be appreciated and will make it a lot more helpful more me when it comes to deciding which type.

Thanks

Matt

Me personally I think you cannot go past a black car with black rims - they look the goods.

I think black rims always look dirty, chrome looks try hard, but silver alloy wheels always look the goods.

Boring and predictable??? Maybe.....but they look the best

I've been tossing up whether I should buy new wheels, been looking for ages and still haven't found anything I like.

It's a hard car to find the right style of wheels for. If I had to choose it would be something with 5 spokes. Black does look dirty and chrome does look try hard. so silver is best :P

I am mighty partial to the latest trend of 15 spoke wheels, 5 out of 15 are machined alloy, 10 out of 15 are black... You can really only make out 5 spokes and they are so thin and minimalist... Similar concept as HERE

There are so many different designs getting around, all with a similar theme... They'd look perfect on a black car, enough alloy for just the right amount of contrast.

Avanti - Riot, Medusa
Avantec - Rado
ANZ - 5 + 5
OZ - Canova

Check out the ANZ Wheels website, they have a 'pimp my ride' application where you can upload a pic of your car and then 'pimp' it... sounds a bit gay, and I've not used it, but it might help you decide.
