Default Ferrari concours

At the invitation of a mate of mine who owns the Ferrari below I will be attending a Ferrari concours meeting tomorrow (Sunday). I was going to show them all up in my Mach 1 but sold it last week, so hope my '97 Fairlane driver doesn't put them all to shame.

I've put some champers in the fridge (no ... not Veuve just my usual $6.99 Omni) and charged up the battery in my camera. The weather forecast is for a cloudless day and 21 degrees, so with a bit of luck I should be able to post up some nice pics Sunday night.

At $300k+ it is the entry level. The "458" starts at $650k+

I'll post up some more pics after dinner.

Pretty sure Californias are like $500k+

The 355 was more an entry level price in its day at ~$300k

mmmm more of that F40 would be nice.
The 458 is a looker though. Only two other Ferraris I admire that are missing there are the '62 250 GTO and the 288 GTO.

Thanks for the pics.

Nice choices ... simply stunning those.

Out of the "modern day" Ferrari's the 458 Italia is one of the best going around. Currently my favourite modern day model.

OK guys, here's some more.
I'll leave it to you experts to identify some of the models.

Another thing I have to add is that nearly all the owners are self made men. Very few started with a silver spoon in the mouth.

This F1 owner obviously has other makes in his collection ... mmmmm

Dino

No worries about the show, not everyone can get there.

Many yrs ago, around 1995 I was living in Brisbane at the time and driving around on a Sunday when suddenly i was litterally surrounded by more then 70 Ferraris on a cruise! It was Ferrari's aniversay at the time... and the car I was driving at the time...? No too embarressing to say... but the heat given off by all these cars were tremendous, couple to that the engines roar as the lights went green!!!
