Angry Urgent Help!!! Lost Wheel Nut Key

Hi all its the night before the drag races and the wheel nut key has gone missing and I cant get of the wheel to fit the stockies I bought...this also means that if I get a flat I will have to be towed!!! so I cant even go and watch!!!

The key is a butterfly shape and I need to know if anyone else has one. I talked to dellboy and went around to his place and basically he said there was nothing you could do!!!

I need some help here I have been searching for 3 hours for it!

I guess it depends on if you want to keep the nuts usuable or not. If not, id find the closest notch that will fit on a tyre iron, and bash em on with a hammer. Then you should be able to get em off.

yep either get a big socket and smash it over the top of the nut to get it off....or else put something against it like a metal rod or a screwdriver and smack down on it with a hammer. Doin this can loosen it. Maybe try tightening up the other wheel nuts before you do this so it might make it even looser. Or if your willing to wreck them, get a flat blade and hammer and smash against the butterfly pattern in an anti-clockwise direction. Hopefully you have some luck.

Failing that, get up early tomorrow morning, take it to a mechanics and get them to do it....they do that type of thing all the time.
