Hey guys, just wondering what you reacon a realistic on road weight for the above car is. Near enough is probably close enough. Anyone had their AU on a weigh bridge?

I go 1640kg on the weighbridge @ work. No IRS, 1/2 tank of gas and about 90ish fatso at the tiller :monkes:

We were trying to work it out the other day and came to the conclusion that a VCT XR6 weighed about 1600-1620kgs without the driver. A fairmont would be a bit more.

Well in an AU intro article I have it shows the Au XR6 VCT at 1620kg and the Fairmont Ghia at 1650kg.

My fairmont wagon was 1650kg on the weighbridge at WSID without me and 1/4 tank.

The double wishbone irs was supposed to add 70kg compared with the live axle.
