It could very well be that Ford are going to release a special Bullitt edition in 2018.
It would mark the 50th anniversary of the original Mustang GT in the Bullitt movie that was released in 1968. |

Well, it's not the first time Ford released a 50th-anniversary model with all the chrome extras.
Note the chrome trim around the side windows in the 50th-anniversary special edition 2015 model like the leaked 50th Bullitt; |

That is just gorgeous, amazing what a small amount of chrome can do. Always wondered how the Mustang story would have differed , had they never veered off track with the Mustang II, Box Body in the 80s and New Age in the 90s/00s, and instead kept the mustang genetics going all those years like what Porsche did.

I wanted that Mustang so bad when I was a kid, that and Brannigan's Pontiac. 2018 one looks good.
