Talking aftermarket cam and exhaust

hey just after some help, ive been searching for an aftermarket camshaft and exhaust for my 1990 ford telstar ghia with a 2.2l fuel injected motor but cant find anything, can any help???? :

if you want to fit extractors they would be custom built
a good exhaust shop should be able to make up a stock system for you
at a price

no info on a cam
