Hello fellow ford lovers. Have had a few interested parties in my xw panel van and looking for help with some pricing as they seem to have gotten even rarer online with nothing for sale to make a fair comparison with....
Facts are 302 windsor , 4 barrel carby, aussie dessert cooler radiator, dual fuel set up (tank needs restamped) , gs interior including bucket seats, b&m mega shifter c4 auto, 12 slotters. Reason for sale is surface rust starting to get worse and i have always wanted to spend the money to do a full restore but cannot forsee that happening and dont want to see this beauty sitting there unrestored |

Everyone is going to have a different opinion on what value they think your van is worth in price, advertise for what you think is a fair price.

Its not my thing, but there are a few XW Utes and GT replicas for 30-40K on carsales.
I'd say that's where it sits

Looks good, but they are not real popular and IMO will take some time to move.
A nice silver one for sale currently in high 30s been there for a while, yet 100k + GTs are selling in a matter of days. Dual fuel will hurt a sale too. Would aim for 25 to 30 |

Since the sedans are priced out of the market, people are looking for alternatives. station-wagons, utes and panel vans.

we currently started to work on our xw P/V to sell as a shell every van we found on the net had sold other then that summernats one thats priced it's self out of the market there are buyers out there but you may have to try and target them so they find it

Nice,theres one currently for sale over here in NZ still running oem 6 and very tidy guys asking $30,000 fwiw.

Looks like it's in excellent condition so 25k pending what it looks like for rust under it , Mate just sold one for 40 k but that had total rotisserie rebuild with big hp 393 top loader ect

asking prices on xw xy vans are 30-50k (restored)
If yours needs restoring (-$20k) / lpg is out of date/ unoriginal colour etc. id think 10-12k , otherwise its cheaper to buy one done
