My cousin had the fuel filter screen disintegrate and clog the injectors. FORD wouldn't accept warranty claim " as wrong diesel used ". . The scientific report came back and fuel is clear. Ford now accepting warranty claim.
"I've been meaning to tell you the final fuel report came in from Lukes F250 and it was clear. So he is getting it done under warranty. I guess it was worth the fight. But it was a fight that shouldn't have had to happen. He has found out that they charged $110 / hour labour for servicing. Bad taste for Luke, Mackay QLD charges $89. So Luke won't be going back to Lane Ford in Mandurah" |
