Default Keep receiving Email notifications

Hi all i keep receiving email notifications from fordforums saying that someone has posted a new reply. Im talking 18 emails in 30 minuets.
I went to:
UserCP > Edit Options > Default Thread Subscription Mode > and selected "no email notification" but they keep coming...

Then the section above that says receive email from admins ect ect and those boxs are all ticked as i would like to be contacted from administration if need be.

Should i untick all them aswell orr? help please.

I've deleted your subscriptions at this end - might pay to check the date on the email as we had a lot of old ones being sent once we turned sendmail back on.

Cheers

I'm having the same problem, I still receive email notifications even though I've turned them off. I don't want to unsubscribe from any threads, I just don't want my inbox to be constantly full of AFF notifications.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
